Creek View Farm is having their Ultimate Cowboy Race this Monday August 4.

There will be two divisions: Open and Amateur. If you are an open penner, you must compete in the open division for the Ultimate Cowboy Race (and same for amateur). This rating goes with the RIDER, NOT the horse (for example, if you are an open rider, but have a green two year old, you must still compete in the open division ).

The cost to enter one horse in either open or amateur will be $30.00 and the course will also be the exact same for each division.

The winner of the open division will receive a champion belt buckle.
The winner of the amateur division will receive a champion jacket.

There will be 26 obstacles in total. Each obstacle will be marked from 0-5. If you do not attempt an obstacle, you will just receive a 0 for that particular obstacle. (For example, if something is too scary for you or your horse, just skip it. No worries, you won't be disqualified!)

Keep in mind that this is a timed event. There will also be a TIME LIMIT. The amateur division will receive more time to complete the course than the open division. (Time limits have not been set yet.)

See EVENTS for  more details.
